Hello World!

Hey everyone!
Today I’m excited to share the very first playable prototype of my tiny air-traffic arcade project.

This build is intentionally minimal:
you control a single runway and guide a single aircraft with only two commands — LAND or HOLD.
The idea is to strip everything down to the core tension of timing: make the right call, or things fall apart fast.

Even though it’s simple, the goal is to capture that “just one more try” loop from classic arcade games.
I’m experimenting with:

  • Fast command feedback

  • Tight timing windows

  • Minimal UI and clean visual cues

  • Short sessions meant for quick retries

This prototype is mainly about testing the feel of the controls and timing.
If you play it, I’d love to hear any feedback — even quick impressions help a lot at this stage:

  • Does the timing feel fair?

  • Is the feedback (sound + UI) clear enough?

  • Would you like more challenge, or more simplicity?

  • What’s the first feature you'd add?

I’m planning to expand with more traffic, variations in runway conditions, and eventually some light management elements… but only if the core loop feels fun enough to justify it.

Thanks for trying it out — and stay tuned for more updates as the project evolves!
